I worked with Lucida Consulting, a Melbourne-based tech recruitment consultancy, to improve organic engagement and positioning on LinkedIn through consistent, brand-led content.
The brief
Lucida wanted to build a stronger organic presence on LinkedIn, increase engagement, and clarify its positioning in a competitive tech recruitment market.
The focus was on long-term brand building rather than short-term follower growth.
My approach
I treated this as a positioning and narrative challenge, not a posting schedule.
I worked closely with the founder to:
Clarify Lucida’s tone of voice and point of view
Develop a consistent organic content strategy for LinkedIn
Create posts that balance authority, insight, and approachability
Build momentum through consistency rather than volume
Content was shaped around behavioural insights, real-world hiring challenges, and Lucida’s values-led approach to recruitment.
Examples of my work
I created a bank of organic LinkedIn posts designed to spark meaningful engagement rather than passive impressions. Content focused on recruitment insights, industry commentary, and perspective-led posts that reflected Lucida’s expertise and values.
The results
Over the course of the engagement, Lucida achieved a 7× increase in engagement on LinkedIn.
