The brief
The Electric Car Scheme wanted to improve SEO and GEO performance in a highly competitive EV salary sacrifice market.
While they already had a substantial bank of long-form content, many articles needed deeper optimisation to compete for priority keywords and to strengthen topical authority.
The brief was to optimise and refresh their blog content, with articles averaging 2,000 words, focusing on consistency and performance. In many cases, this involved full content overhauls rather than light edits.
My approach
I use a structured optimisation framework to improve performance while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Articles are rebuilt using a standardised Squarespace layout, with clear CTAs, schema, structured sections, and key insights to support readability and discovery. Content is optimised around priority keywords, linking, and FAQs to build topical authority, while staying aligned with The Electric Car Scheme’s tone of voice.
